PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

RE: RE: RE: Just a hint ofOf coarse there is competition. There's also an app called Where so I don't understand the problem. Can you imagine a world where all cars were just FORDS :) . The Poynt is that the deal with Wi-Lan has far reaching potential more so then you may think but only time will tell. If you try both apps, I think you will agree that Poynt is actually easier to work with, originally on my Blackberry and now on my Iphone.

It's a healthy competition that will provide not only credibility to the application but user base.

Are you telling me 'airgoddafi' that you were NOT aware of these applications? Put some due diligence my friend, most seasoned investors look at the entire playing feeling with awareness of competition being part of trading basics 101.
