RE: RE: RE: RE: Location Facility

RE: RE: RE: RE: Location Facilitylisten- i do not know if you have read the documents and all the postson this BB respecting the 'event' - B&H did not have an opportunityto rebut the decsiion of the judge- they presented a credible case intheir deposition- nothi9ng they could have done would likely havechanged the outcome- my beef is that i do noty believe it was wise to goafter logmein before the citrix case had cleared the hurdle- but in theend it may be a blessing to get the appeal in front of the panel ofthree PATENT judges- get through that and win the 01 wins big- patience

everything respecting this case along with excellent analysis and opinion is posted on this blog- take an hour and read it

I have and I would gather that a better deposition to close out any loop holes should of been considered. Reading past posts, it was clear that prior to the decision, Andrew was aware of this at the shareholders meeting but seemingly was convinced that it may not be an issue.

The argument is inept at this point and we should just continue on-ward and allow the more relevant case against Citrix come to fluishin and leave LogMeIn for another day.
