Its the doomsday believers out in full force. The same ones that run to the hills everytime an end of the world prediction is nye they sell all their belongings and run for the hills...only to be greeted by sunshine and birds the next day. Today's end of the financial world fears are due to Greece. Will they default? Highly unlikely. They know the fallout from other countries doing the same will just literally starve their people and the rest of the world. We will hit a financial armeggedon which the powers that be will not allow. Could you imagine the civil unrest? We would be pushed back 300 years in civilization. Your neighbour would become your arch enemy. And worst of all...Paris Hilton would actually have to get a real job - which would trigger the apocolypse...
