Electric Metals starts exploration at Chuchinka

2011-06-24 06:43 PT - News Release

Mr. Tony Ricci reports

ELECTRIC METALS COMMENCES EXPLORATION AT CHUCHINKA REE-CARBONATITE PROPERTY

ElectricMetals Inc. has commenced exploration on the Chuchinkarare-earth-element-carbonatite property, located in the Wicheeda-Carbodistrict north of Prince George, B.C.

Phase 1 exploration has commenced to define drill targets within severalanomalies discovered by Electric Metals with an airborne geophysicalsurvey in 2010. The largest of these targets, measuring over fourkilometres by one kilometre, is located near the centre of the propertyand is defined by a broad magnetic low associated with coincidentconductive anomalies. Geochemical sampling of soils and bedrock, together with ground-based geophysics in the form of precisionmagnetometer and scintillometer surveying, are being applied to identifythe most prospective portions of this and other targets.

Phase 2 exploration consisting of trenching and drilling will follow upon receipt of results of the phase 1 program.

Electric Metals has launched its updated and completely redesigned website.
