I agree, I like what the company does. I do think that this current management team screwed up and will drag the company into a lengthy court battle. Unfortunately the class action is only for the investors who participated in the 50 million raise that was just done. I'm out of luck, without that dividend they are saying the stock is a $4 stock at best.
