RE: the positive and the negativesIn regards to speculation of this reverse split the stumbling block might be on the B shares?
They are trading at $4.80 and IMO those shareholders would not benefit at all with current rules of conversion.
Only the A shares can be split.
If a conversion  is truly  in the works the B shares would be trading closer to $10.
