RE: Noel GNZ- Conoco Phillips map

RE: Noel GNZ- Conoco Phillips mapSpud dates are important!

Originally, mar 30---then extended to end of june.

Concisely: They ain't AQUIRED NOTHING and they control NOTHING on this deal---until the spud date has been met--or until they've been granted ANOTHER extension.

ANNOUNCING does not equate SPUDDING---!

You'd think they'd have learned this from the meeting they ANNOUNCED  but never had!!!--LOL, on that one!!

Infrastructure already in place:

Saying it's there is not the same as saying you've got a right to use it and how much that's gonnna cost.

The cardium can be a good oil play--similiar to Bakken, in some areas.

Knowing peple in nexstar, i made very good money with their cardium play.

However, since golnednose has been talking gas, I imagine the farmor kept the deeper rights.

Since not much value or interest in gas--currently, pendulums tend to swing---takes about 3 yrs from low gas prices, slow down in gas drilling, for decreased supply to increase price---much of this time has passed.

Encana drastically cut back on gas drilling a couple yrs ago.

anyway, since not much interest in gas, purty good odds the farmor will work with gulfenostril on delay in spudding--IF it looks like gnz can actually come up with $$ and put a 'workmanship' drilling program in place.

$$$$????

How many more 'secured' loans can gnz do??!!

Other option is a pp, exchange typically won't do one below a nickel, you can only finance a % of market cap.

A ROLLBACK appears to be indicated---which would reqquire shareholders approval, which means a meeting......hanvt seen these guys quoted in 'robertos rules of order' as exemplary example of how to schedule and hold a meeting----

Sadly, i have seen very little posts on this board from legitmate reatail investors----on the one hand, you got very ignorant 'boosters' who post the most unlandish stuff, on the other you got knowleadeable people who seem to be quite skeptical and evidently post to perhaps enlighten 'retail lurkers' and for entertainment.

'Boosters' appear to have many id's and have been uncommonly good at getting legitmate posters with legitimae posts banned and removed.  Which---for retail investors--is very bad.
