If they're ever gonna do anything, they gotta raise money.
they keep doing 'secured'---the guys holding the 'secured' are maybe gonna have anything of value that the co owns.
they take that, whatcha got left? (other than your share of 180,000,000 shares) better to have less and have them have some value and build some value.
