RE: What is the reason for today's action?Today's action could be  the start of an uptrend but  we need about three days of these kind of volume numbers to be sure. It could also be the market is  finally correcting  the SP discrepancy between SNA and AMA   .  SNA  goes down a bit and AMA  goes up a bit . I hope I'm wrong and something else is in the wind . Finishing strong today
augers well  for another  up day tomorrow  let's see.
