RE: Appeasement? No! Time to get toughNo to bust your bubble, but is there something like this for HRG?  This was for Severstal, and not HRG.
I do agree that we need to step this up considerably.  My idea to put VOTES into a BLOCK guarantees a SINGLE VOICE for the Minority and is the best way to move ahead with a 10% block.
