Question

QuestionI'm wondering about the Investor Relations situation in this company.

On the company web site there is a comment on March 9 about the BCSC questioning Corporate Disclosure, that includes the comments "Mr. Myles is an employee, providing shareholder communications for the Company. The public should not rely on the Larry Myles Reports because they contain overly promotional statements and unsupported opinions that are misleading, contrary to NI 43-101 and are not prepared by a qualified person as defined under NI 43-101."

Mr. Myles apparently used a Peale Report or some 1948 resource estimate that the BCSC took exception to. On April 1, there is a Press Release that Senergy Communications had been signed up for Investor Relations. Were these two things related? Was there a concern that it was damaging GRR to have their IR man promoting the stock in his private newsletter service?

Has anyone noticed changes in the public relations effort in the last few months, pro or con?

sweatman, you're familiar with the GRR approach, do you have any insight on this?
