RE: RE: NSX Silver

RE: RE: NSX SilverIf 70 million ounces of silver can be proven (patterning the high grades of the past), then at a silver price of $40 per ounce, the company will has ore in the ground of $2.8 billion.  From here, its up to the market to value the stock.  I see market cap prices ranging from 5% of the proven ore in the ground to as high as 20%+.  Marketing of a company plus other factors play a role in this valuation.  At the lower end of 5% market cap and say 40 million shares (which will likely be more by then - but you can be sure the price of silver will also rise by then), you would have a share price of at least $3.50.  Right now, there is still a lot of uncertainty.  A couple of good core samples is all that is needed to remove much of this uncertainty.  And should that happen, there will be a huge gap up.
