many of you are aware of SWC's bid for peregrine, well SWc has dropped by 30% since the bid was announced only 8 days ago.
Peregrine will receive a higher bid from another company, freeing up SWC, which will become a takeover target itself.

As for Eric Friedland, the CEO of Peregrine, he has a brother named Robert who has taken a keen interest in PGMs and has a private company called Ivanplats that is looking for a listing.
