RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What will it take...Regarding flow through shares....first I'm not an expert...personally I don't like to see a company issuing a lot of these type of shares....its a great way for the company to raise money as the investor (Canadians only) get a tax slip and can use the investment as a right off.  As such any profit must be declared and as such can be sold cheap as the investment was a write off.  Cost of the share means nothing....except the number of shares you get for a certain amount of money......in other words the investor can't really loose as long as the stock is trading.  Who really benefits...the Company first , the investor second as the write off may lower the amount of tax he pays..........the ordinary investor will buy these shares and wonder where all the supply is coming from.........
