RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: NeptunCuriosity got the better of me! I had to take a look at NT.

Viking, you've got to slow down on that krill oil! NTB is NOT in the same space that RVX is in, not with regard to it's market or its science! NTB isn't even in the same league with RVX. I've been making my living in the stock market for many years. I never touch a stock that depends on a potential environmental issue or on a natural pharmaceutical or nutraceutical product!
.
The customers for such products are fickle, the products can thus be fads. But the big issue for me is the FACT that most people, by far, are not proactive with their own health and that will always limit markets for products in that space. People are mostly reactive with respect to their health. In other words, the health for most people must deteriorate to the point of medical intervention being required before they'll take action. That's where prescription drugs come into play. Since krill oil is already on the market and if it was magic then we all would know about it today, its use would be universal.
.
The fact is, krill oil is marginally effective and that's good but hardly of blockbuster status. Moreover, the markets for krill oil and other marginal treatments are sensitive to new fads, new natural discoveries, and even more so to real scientific breakthroughs.
.
NBT is a nice a little deal in my mind but I can't touch anything like this that already has a market cap of a quarter billion, has an upside that can increase only incrementally (at best) and has no blockbuster potential.
.
RVX is altogether different. If the upcoming ASSURE trial is successful then RVX will be a blockbuster. We won't need to wait for Phase 3 to get a ten bagger, maybe even a twenty bagger. I think most people on this forum don't need me to further describe RVX and I'm not going to bother. It's all in the history here and well-described on the RVX website.
.
If you don't want any risk coupled with the usual small payoff associated with low risk then go for NTB. If you want a huge payoff and can stand the risk, then RVX is your play. You might well consider that RVX has never had any kind of a setback with respect to its science. It's had financing issues and management issues but never a problem with the science.
.
There's more to say about NTB but I already know enough to prove to me that it's no RVX. I have no place for it in my world. I gotta say that Neptune is touting some pretty forward-looking stuff in order to keep investors interested. If RVX investors want to see the difference between RVX's closed-mouthed management style and how another management toots its own horn, go read the NTB stuff.
