The system allows these liquids to be reclaimed, recycled and reused.

Great question, but that has been the issue with this management group their entire careers (Millstreet etc etc). They hype up what they have as the next great ______, then they charge retarded salaries to the corp and under deliver on their windbag ideas. IMHO do your own DD.
