Foundation Resources vs ATV

Foundation Resources vs ATVCan someone tell me in their right mind why ATV over FDN? People must see something I dont but FDN is trading at a market cap < 4M...ATV is trading at 7.5M market cap.  Keep in mind FDN ownes more of coldstream, has lots of cash and other good properties.

Please tell me, if now isnt the time to make the change from ATV to FDN, when is the time?!?!

Ps, yes there is some pump in this post, frankly, I dont really care!
