RE: Background on LP Ownership DisputeThanks for getting this excerpt up on the screen, Rock.  The key question I don't know the answer to is, would CMR be able to somehow throw a wrench in this amalgamation, or worse than that, let the deal go through but then initiate a lawsuit after it has happened.   I'm not a lawyer, and when I read stuff like what you have copied here my eyes just kinda glaze over and I start conjuring up a lotta bad thoughts.
