Bannerman's management doesn't like the offer.  Likely going to wait as long as they can for the next run in uranium, which could be years away.  When it comes and if Bannerman survives, 1.10 will be a joke.  If we haven't already figured it out, resource juniors are not the place to be putting capital when deflationary collapse threatens.  Market action is telling us this.
