1.86 would be  approx.

Could be 50- cents either way....depending on the speculation and how many are aware of VMS.....

So that could be as high as $2.50 just for Reed....and add to that another .35-.40 cents for other properties....

At this level it should be an EZ double up with Mine announcement this Fall....
