With all of these JV rumours floating around, the one thing that keeps popping into my head is Osisko. They just cancelled their JV with Clifton Star, and I suspect they will drop Orex too. It is almost as though they are building up to something (like concentrating all their efforts on a possible elephant deposit). They do prefer open pit, but still, at this time, it all somehow fits.
