We do not know if OSK will leave or not, but every time I read Ken's post, it looks like OSK will leave. As they need to drill more by Sept, 2011 and but now the drillers are leaving, it looks like it is a matter of formality that OSK will be gone. 
We do not know, maybe next week OSK will announce JV continuation and pre-paid those expenses by the deadline.
But the chance is greater now that OSK will leave, and the OX stock price already reflected that.
Also, in case of OSK departure, OX management should start their Plan B and Plan C immediately.
I estimated before, it is BETTER for OSK to leave, but not completely. OSK people also invested in OX stocks, and thus it will be good if their investment in OX will stay, but JV will drop. That was the reason I said "not completely". Anyway, it looks the moment of truth is coming very soon.
