RE: Uncertainty = downdraft...

RE: Uncertainty = downdraft...It is funny, while you can't see the value at these prices, the insiders certainly do.  Whose opinion of the future of this stock should I place the most value:  you or the insiders who have been buying up thousands and thousands of shares and currently in aggregate own over 20million Trust Units?  Converting to a corporation isn't really going to change much or hurt the hotel operation in any significant way.  I believe that the stock is caught up in the overall market fear and panic dominating investor decisions right now.  There are also other extraneous factors impacting this sector, factors such as the high Canadian dollar; the high cost of gasoline; companies wanting to conserve cash by putting off travel to distant destinations to hold conferences etc and the fear which has gripped Europeans with respect to their shaky future and as a result, putting off travel until their economies stabilize, if they ever will.

I just can't understand why you bought into this type of investment in the first place???
