Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Now if you base it on the leverage they will gain will

1. Off take agreements for Coal and/or Electricy
2. the pplant license
3. and the feasability report for both sites

well.... thats a whole different story !

Its gonna be interesting to see how this thing trades on its own merits instead of
NKL's disgruntled little brother ! ?
