Question!

Question!According to Q1 2011 statements..."The Company is in discussion with its bank to obtain a waiver of the covenant
violation and/or an amendment to the covenant and expects these discussions to be completed by the end of July
2011"....We have passed that date, has anyone heard of if UZZ has amended the covenant?

High debt, no news from the company, no buyers for the stock, what will Q2 bring?!
