RE: RE: RE: 2.43 to 1.33

RE: RE: RE: 2.43 to 1.33Allana have 60M$ and PPI have 15M$ in bank

Is PPI have a private placement financing with the IFC and LMM ...

IFC will also support Allana at the construction stage (IFC invested $18 billion in private enterprises worldwide in 2010)

$20 million investment from Liberty Mining and Metals, LLC, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Group. Liberty holds approximately 17 % of Allana and is a long-term investor committed to assisting Allana with financing at the mine construction stage

After they have some proven resources (PPI) they must do pre-feasibility studies (due out in August, 2011) to make sure it is worth the company’s effort to actually mine the potash. Then they have to find financing to build the mine

Hum ... with the over all economic situation ... the game will be the ability to get financing.

Think AAA is in better situation now...PPI could tank more...
