Really good post.
I often think that the only way full value for HRG will be achieved is through our own promotion or other creative ways.  
I realize we say things in just, but sometimes they lead to good ideas.  Severstal valued half of Prognoz at 6mil (or so) and you suggested we make an offer to them to take it off their hands.
Instead of buying Prognoz from Severstal, I think we would find out an awful lot more information to dialogue with the owners of the other half of Prognoz.  In fact, Strategic HRG investors should explore a way to buy 51% of the other half of Prognoz because through this we would have majority ownership in a valuable asset and leverage with Nordgold.
Now that the legal proceedings are complete there should be little uncertainty in Prognoz ownership rights.
Has anyone ever had contact with the other Prognoz group?  Perhaps we could offer a swap of shares of HRG for Prognoz ownership, pool all of these resources in one company and then be able to at least negotiate with having majority interest in a valuable asset of Prognoz.
