RE: RE: RE: POG near $1900/ News Flow Must Beginpmc, IMO every company with a market cap under half a billion $$$, wherever it is listed, manages news flow or should manage its news flow to some degree.  Mind you I'm not talking about violating the disclosure rules (i.e. withholding clearly material info for more than 3 business days), but working within the gray areas of such rules to put the stock in the best position to do well.   Given where PTQ is situated at this point, if management did not take full advantage of this opportunity to manage news flow I would consider them to be poor managers.  There is a lot of news that a PM exploration company generates that, when you really get down to it, is not "material" to the stock, notwithstanding the fact that the issuance of such news may well impact the stock price.  Thus there is a lot of latitude on when a company ought to put out such news. 

I realize the above is probably not consistent with your polyanna-like views of how markets ought to operate, and maybe we should just agree to disagree on this point.
