Fair Value?

Fair Value?I know this has been discussed quite a bit here already but I've seen widely varying estimates on a fair, post-production value for BZA.
Some have said approx. $1. I've seen others ay as high as $2. Then at the other end, there are some who peg it at
.80.
Notwithstanding the people who have pronounced a mythical $3 sp in three months :) , can you old pros tell me why there is such a wide variance? When I see some of you making calculations on ore in the ground, it seems like a straight forward bit of math. So how is it that it can come out so differently?

What is a fair target for BZA? Split the difference and say about $1.35?
