New 6.5% DB @ conversion $8.75 in 2018 possible sooner.
The agreement entered into with the Underwriters provides that: (i) the Debentures will bear interest from the date of issue at 6.5% per annum, with interest payable semi-annually in arrears on April 30 and October 31 each year (each an "Interest Payment Date") commencing April 30, 2012; (ii) the Debentures will mature and be repayable on October 31, 2018 (the "Maturity Date");
Now all those hard working guys can vote themselves a xmas bonus.
