This is certainly a brilliant move on the part of both companies, ROG gets 100% of the project and gets a value bump and RVS gets the cash it needs for project payments without dilution thus removing the overhag on the stock. Not only that, they get an upside on the ROG shares.

This is what they call win win situation.
