Good news! Wi-Lan will hopefully now walk away from the deal after the official Sept 28th tally falls short. Then Wi-Lan won't be saddled with the crappy NOK deal and MSD shares will fall to the low 20's. MSD shareholders will be kicking themselves by the end of the year for not tendering/selling at $38 and buying Wi-Lan at $6.

Is anyone from Wi-Lan there giving the gears to management?
