Yeah, it should be trading higher, however, having MORONS like Harrington who keep nickle and diming the shares and selling off large blocks keeps reminding investors of the KXL days. I voted that rat bastage out, I think he fleeced KXL and PDG enough. Brian Maher must be pulling his hair out. He is trying very hard to make PDG go, but with some shady management players on board its making it hard for retailers to give the stock its true value. Hopefully that will change over the next month. If the next NR doesn't pop the SP I don't know what to think about PDG.
