Is this a good stock?Does it have good management?
How long will it be halted?
Who bought the disputed 50 million?
What are them secured convertible interest paying debentures secured by?
Is the interest current?
How's that name change coming?
Do they ever answer their phones?
What's their burn rate?
Will it ever cash flow?
Can we expect insiders to give themselves another $300,000 'performance bonus' if the stock is halted for another 9 mos? I think that's what it cost us last time.
Are halts a good thing for shareholders? Or just for management?
Are the 'boosters' here paid to 'boost' or are they guys stuck with lotsa shares who want to unload?
I see they make lotsa 'homophobic' comments---what on earth is up with that and why is it allowed?
I've also seen insiders accused of 'incestuous relationships"---is this when they do all sorts of deals with each other, insiders borrow money from co, sell it property, take 'advances', rent it offices----or is it something else?
Please folks, if you do think it is a good stock, I'd like some input----shorted a lotta stuff in last little while and got a tad of disposable cash to invest.
