Poor little TNR

Ya know....

I suppose there are two ways to look at this piece of junk.
1) with all the market volatility, there has been next to no movement in TNR so no chance to make and money at all.
2) with all the market volatility, there has been next to no movement in TNR so it actually has turned out to be a pretty safe place to stash cash while all the lemmings jump off the cliff.

Regardless I'm wondering if buying this was a mistake.
