Agreed. It must have been Canaccord who upgraded. I believe they are the only investment firm following ETR..../.. I have RBC direct invest as well, and the upgrade Vicky was talking about was highlighted in RBC's daily market summary of upgrades and downgrades. RBC doesn't follow this stock. If RBC did follow this stock, then RBC Direct would have a Stock Insight report which subscribers could access. As far as I can tell, there is no stock insight report from RBC. After selling most of my ETR position when it failed to hold at 40¢, I'm once again nibbling at this stock. But because a lot of ETR's sales rely on economic recovery in the US and Europe, I'm waiting to see concrete signs that these two jurisdictions can get their fiscal acts together.... especially Europe, as IMHO the Europeans historically have a poor record of working together decisively to solve a crisis situation (Bosnia comes to mind, amongst other past history).
