RE: Please explain!Similar things have occurred with me several times and it was because my online broker bought/sold through a different exchange (ie Alpha) rather than TSX or Venture.  Most online brokers only show trades for the two exchanges, not for Alpha or the other smaller ones.  Leaves you a bit in the dark about what's really on the ask and bid.  I've complained to TD Waterhouse but nothing has changed in the last few months.  Most of my trades that are Venture listings don't show up.  TD says they use whichever exchange gives the best price.  I doubt it...I think they use whichever works best for them.
