RE: RE: Oct. 14 > insider activity - PMV

RE: RE: Oct. 14 > insider activity - PMVThe company traded over 17 million shares today on both boards, its a crappy week on the markets, anyone "considered" an insider could have needed the cash from the 300,000 shares sold. Who cares? Do people expect insiders to never sell any shares? I have been holding this for a while and pulled the trigger over a dollar on a double but when the stock fell back to 93 I got the feeling this may have been a mistake so I bought back my position. First off what crappy timing on the news, if they had done it pre-market yesterday it may have hit $1.50 plus IMHO which is what I expect next week. several results will be coming in and they already have these staggering numbers. Not to mention most big money guys don't expect this type of news on midnight Thursday and are either off golfing or having drinks by 11AM Eastern on Friday, thats why the board was dead until the last hour of trading.

I suspect a few wake up calls will be made over the weekend. Either way it was a nice surprise with the markets full of doom and gloom.

Cheers,
