Important to consider....Today, battery manufacturers are paying anywhere between $10 to $30 per pound for battery-grade V2O5.For each megawatt of storage in a VRB, ~10t of high purity vanadium is required. With the above price range presently being paid, one has to ask what price will electrical grade V2O5 be when demand reaches it full potential. At $30 pound of electrical grade V2O5, a 1.0 MW VRB' would use over ~$600,000, of V2O5 which is not excessive. There's room for price improvement, especially when one considers the electric vehicle and other uses for V2O5.The Green Giant, may be able to mine lower grade material and obtain an excellent profits.
