RE: RE: RE: RE: Huber
RE: RE: RE: RE: HuberI have no time to waste on conspiracy theory but I would observe that filing a 13D is a very awkward way to take over a company. The same people who join forces to accomplish a given goal like uniting to force changes can just as easily turn on someone in their group to protect their interests. By my read of the documents Jack has a lot of shares but in no way a control block and the others that have signed on to the 13D could just as easily unite to oppose any takeover attempt.
If you object to the rule that those who have the shares call the shots then public companies are not the place to invest.
One good thing is that all this Entourage bashing got me into looking over their info. I see absolutely no reason whatsoever that the Entourage shareholders (including the "losers" you mention) would want to vend in their company to Wescorp. They dont need Wescorp to do what they intend to do and anything they need from Wescorp they could lease or buy like any other company. In fact - as a potential oil producer we need them as a potential client way more than they need us. In that, we can be thankful we have some people in Entourage who have a vested interest in Wescorps success. I am wishing them every success in Entourage for that reason. I am also hoping they make lots of money from the oil play and continue to support Wescorp because I dont think I can count on Edapus to put any (more?) money in.
