Why No RIM Line Ups ???

Hey

Every time I am in a major shopping mall I am amazed at how crowded the Apple stores are and that on average any day of the week you have to line up and get an apointment to see and Apple store rep that on average can take 20 minutes.

Why are there no line ups at the RIM stores ???
