Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: Oil company Ithaca Energy has pulled off aFully agree that with 25,000 bopd could bring a cash flow of near $3.00or more per share, and would put the sp near $10 range or more, fully plan to stay around till then, until I think IAE sp and plans are fully valued and reflected in the sp, I do not need the money and with so much leverage gained with the shares purchased am fully prepared to wait.

Technicals are looking very good with clearly positive MACD to the upside, we should are clearly in a longterm uptrend to much higher sp overall the coming months

Where else can you find a company fully funded, debt free, great fundamentals, leadership CEO who clear goal is to create a $2Billion company, and with a clear plan to grow production from 400% in H2 2013
