Can we all agree that something has gone awry during negotiations between AXI and XinXing? A deal dragging on for 15.5 months is not a good thing. The debenture is also very odd--why not just sign the deal?

AXI management should probably reveal to the market what the hell is going on. They are so tight-lipped about negative news, it makes the market nervous. Can we all agree that AXI management hasn't done the most wonderful job? They've been developing Roche Bay for 5 years, and ostensibly have a Chinese partner, yet AXI has almost same market cap as Ocean Iron Ore, which has been working on its property for 9 months, with no partner.
