RIM Takeover or Buyout ??

Hi

Can anyone tell me why, at this current share price and dropping that someone, ie Microsoft, Hewlett Pakcard, Warren Buffet, or even Apple, who could all pick up RIM for pocket change relative to their holdings and cash on hand have not done so ?

Ho low does anyone think it has to go, before someone makes and offer and at the current share price would $27.00 a share be enough ?
