Hello Lambo:
   It's really all the same transaction.  Duane Nelson, the President, exercised some of his options and sold the shares.  Total value is about $100,000. Really nothing to get excited about.  He probably had some bills to pay, and needs some pocket money for Xmas.
   You can be pretty sure that he has a helluva a lot more shares, especially with news expected as they ramp up production by the end of this quarter.

ps  Mind you, I not in the league that has those kinds of bills, or Xmas lists of presents I have to buy!.  But then again, I'm not President!
