THE SLOWNESS IS PROBABLY RELATED TO THE LACK OF SERVERS AND HAS BEEN FOR

QUITE SOME TIME. THE GLITCHES ARE NO DOUBT DUE TO INSUFFICIENT OR POOR IT STAFFING.
