Talking about Candente - "able to handle the arsenic" may mean a big hole besides Rio Canariaco. I'm pretty sure Padre Arana and the comuneros from Cañaris dont like the idea,BTW they were in Lima a few weeks ago having a press conference to talk about the community issues with DNT....
Joanne's comments a couple of weeks ago ("candente may sell stake in $1.5 billion project to investors") may mean big dilution...
