The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Where is this news release on more shares being so

Where is this news release on more shares being soHello looked for the news to try and explain todays take down several posts indicating more shares being offered to the market. Where is this news release or is this just speculation regarding the law suit for sprout to save face. Todays share action states something is up and the shares seem to be capped at the 80 cent range. I thought finally we might see 1 dollar again. These shares  have been capped in my opinion why????
