AXI has submitted applications to the Nunavut Impact Board to do exploration drilling at Roche Bay. That application was granted, that's why they drilled a few thousand meters this summer.

By the way, I wonder how happy the Hall Beach community is going to be once they find out Roche Bay mine will be powered by diesel generators (or coal, though that's even dirtier). An operation producing 5 million tonnes of iron ore concentrate will require about 50 MW of diesel gensets running 24/7/365. Hard to keep an environment pristine with those fumes.
