I was not suggesting that you were yelling anything stockdom. I was speaking from the perspective of those that filed the 13D. I am sure they have a plan but frankly the kinds of numbers that are being bandied about as financial compensation are enough to tube this company. It will depend heavily on whether the people being asked to step down are thinking of US or THEM. If I could get that kind of money for stepping down from a job where I had not met expectations I would would be looking for more jobs to step down from.

Executive compensation packages should come with a set of expectations to be met and reward dictated by performance. Paying BEFORE performance based on performance potential is a recipe for disaster.

This should be a "where's the beef" payment plan.
